Key Functions
- Manage all phases of the acquisition process, including solicitation, negotiation, award, and administration, for contracts and simplified acquisitions.
- Participate in the planning and review for contracts and simplified acquisitions.
- Handle Freedom of Information Act requests concerning contracts and simplified acquisitions.
- Participate in the development of market research strategies and the conduct of market research.
- Respond to inquiries about requests for proposals on the NIAID Internet.
