Key Functions
- Manages NIAID initiative phasing plans and Scientific Initiative Management System (SIMS); updates initiative development policy and formats, and coordinates initiative review.
- Develops and coordinates NIAID Council guidance and timetables.
- Acts as liaison for NIH Guide to Grants and Contracts and NIH Early Notification System (ENS).
- Works with administrative office to managed daily functional activities, such as purchasing and staff moves, and coordinates personnel activities.
- Oversees and manages grants records center.
- Serves as project officer for DEA support contract.
