2006 Safety Inspection, NIH Division of Occupational Health and Safety
Point 15 of the September 2004 Settlement Agreement between Rocky Mountain Laboratories and three plaintiff groups requires the NIH Division of Occupational Health and Safety to perform a safety inspection at RML every two years and to make the inspection results available to the public.
