Thomas Kindt, Ph.D., Director, Division of Intramural Research gave an update on DIR activities. He informed Council about reviews of DIR labs and DIR’s top ten research advances.
Every four years each lab is reviewed by the Board of Scientific Counselors; this year they reviewed the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases, which received an outstanding review, and the Laboratory of Parasitic Diseases, which also received an outstanding review.
