Minutes of Meeting

September 24-25, 1998

The 130th meeting of the National Advisory Allergy and Infectious Diseases Council (NAAIDC) was convened at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 1998, in Conference Rooms 6, 7 and 8, Building 31, National Institutes of Health. Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), presided as Chairman.

In accordance with the provisions of Public Law 92-463, the meeting was open to the public from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on September 24, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 25. The meeting was closed to the public on September 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and again from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., for review and consideration of individual grant applications. Notice of the meeting was published in the Federal Register.
