Thomas J. Kindt, Ph.D., Director, DIR, NIAID
Dr. Kindt gave an update on activities of the Division of Intramural Research activities and presented the top ten DIR achievements. He also discussed the four cornerstones of the NIAID strategic plan and how DIR is addressing them. He presented an overview of current and new projects in emerging diseases and global health, HIV/AIDS, immune-mediated diseases and vaccines.
