Simmune Contacts
To request Simmune (executables for Windows®, MacOS® and most Unix® platforms) send an e-mail to software@simmune.org. Simmune is free for non-commercial research. Licenses for commercial research can be obtained, as well. Commercial licenses are handled by NIAID's Office of Technology Development.
If you would like to have particular features added to Simmune's functionality or if you have have questions about whether Simmune is the right tool to support your research, please send an e-mail to features@simmune.org.
As with most complex software, Simmune contains programming errors ("bugs"). We are trying to keep an up-to-date list of known bugs on the forum page of this Web site. We also try to eliminate bugs as they become known to us and are grateful for your feedback and help in improving Simmune. Please send bug reports to bugs@simmune.org. If possible, attach the model you were working with as an archived folder and/or describe the bug as precisely as possible.
