Protocols

One-on-one training is available for all instruments in the facility (including confocal microscopy, image capture, and image processing and analysis). In particular, training is available for use of the confocal microscopes and the CCD image capture system. We also offer detailed training in the use of Imaris and other 3D image reconstruction software. Please contact the facility to schedule training sessions.
