Long Time-Lapse Imaging Chamber

A new Pe-Con microscope environmental chamber is now ready for use in the Biological Imaging Facility. The system can maintain precise temperature, CO2, and humidity levels, making it ideal for long term time-lapse imaging applications. The chamber can be installed on the video microscope or either of the confocal microscopes as needed. If you wish to use the new chamber, please note this when booking instrument time. Please contact us for information on the appropriate culture dishes to use with this chamber.
