Training

  • FACScan/FACS Calibur Introductory Flow Cytometry course.
    • Aimed at scientists and technicians new to flow cytometry or the FACScan/FACS Calibur, this course is offered on a regular basis.
    • Lecture of the theory of flow cytometry.
    • Practical on the FACScan or FACS Calibur.
    • Use of the Macintosh-based CellQuest acquisition/analysis software.
  • Individual training for the cell sorters is available by contacting FCS personnel.
