- FACScan/FACS Calibur Introductory Flow Cytometry course.
- Aimed at scientists and technicians new to flow cytometry or the FACScan/FACS Calibur, this course is offered on a regular basis.
- Lecture of the theory of flow cytometry.
- Practical on the FACScan or FACS Calibur.
- Use of the Macintosh-based CellQuest acquisition/analysis software.
- Individual training for the cell sorters is available by contacting FCS personnel.
