Requests
New investigators or those attempting a new application must meet with Kevin L. Holmes, Ph.D. and one of the operators to discuss the experiment in order to optimize the experimental design. They will advise you on your choice of reagents, expected yields or required controls, and so forth. Because of the individual variation between the instruments in the Flow Cytometry Section, it may be necessary to direct you to a particular instrument depending on the requirements of the experiment.
Scheduling
New investigators or those attempting a new application must meet with Kevin L. Holmes, Ph.D. and one of the operators to discuss the experiment.
Online scheduling of user-operated instrumentation or viewing of cell sorter schedules is available on our intranet site (NIAID Only).*
