Requests

Hybridization service, microarray purchase, and microarray design requets can be requested through the MyRTB website (NIAID only)

Fluorescent samples prepared for the hybridization service should be deposited in the drop-off box in the facility freezer. Samples should be thoroughly purified in TE or water and reduced to a final volume of 20 µl. Both fluorescent targets intended for co-hybridization should be combined in the same tube with an unambiguous label. Bring your samples to the facility during normal working hours.

For appointments to use the scanners, contact the facility staff at 301-594-6536.
