NIAID Centers of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (BAA NIH-NIAID-DMID-07-20)

Focus: To carry out an international and/or domestic animal surveillance program with emphasis on the rapid characterization of influenza viruses with pandemic potential; to carry out a research program to determine the factors that influence influenza viruses, and characterize the immune response to influenza infection and/or vaccination.
